Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including craft kits, fiber, dye, or bundle components.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gail@heritagefleece.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.
